Since 1930, PLANTIN has been sublimating the art of the truffle and the premium of the dried mushroom, in keeping with the noblest traditions of French gastronomy. Fresh truffles, verrines, a range of delicacies and condiments, dried mushrooms and wild morels.

Immerse yourself in the world of truffles, starting with the educational area: presentation of the different truffle species, explanation of the Maison's know-how, zoom in on cavage and truffle canifage in the workshops...
Then, in the sales and tasting area, immerse yourself in an authentic and welcoming universe, and discover all the treasures of PLANTIN: extra virgin olive oils with black or white truffles, salts, vegetable spreads with summer truffles, truffle chocolate, soups, dried mushroom mills, dried morels or ceps, summer truffle carpaccios, and black truffles, appertized, whole, in pieces, in peels...
You are welcome to visit the institute and the factory store on your own, or to book a guided tour of the truffle and our workshops (€5 per person for up to 6 adults, free for children under 18 and students).
