Description
This challenging circuit takes you along the banks of the River Lez, then onto the plain and the heights of Montségur sur Lauzon, a small village that has preserved the remains of its medieval castle and enclosure, known as "Vieux Montségur". You continue along beautiful paths to the village of Solérieux. From here, you'll gain height and arrive with a superb view of Clansayes and its "vierge perchée". Follow the magnificent single-track paths through part of the Rouvergue woods to Chamaret.
