Description

This museum traces the history of military costume and carriages, from antiquity to the present day.
Through some 50 displays of figurines, you'll discover the knights of the Middle Ages, the various kings of France, and the Napoleonic era, including the unique 21m² diorama of the Battle of Borodino, comprising 13,800 figurines and representing 15 years of work.
You'll continue your journey through themes centered on the land of Provence, with the history of the regiments of Provence and wine transport, the costumes of the wine brotherhoods, and the fortified castle of Chamaret in 1375.
Temporary exhibitions are organized every year.
